Standard Shipping: 10–12 business days
Express Shipping: 3–4 business days
Click & Collect (if applicable): as arranged
Delivery time is calculated from the date the order is processed and handed over to the carrier.
3. Shipping Areas
We currently deliver Australia-wide.
International shipping is not yet supported via website orders.
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout.
We will work out the best freight for your order .
5. Order Tracking
Once dispatched, a tracking email will be sent with shipment details.
6. Delivery Issues
Delays due to uncontrollable factors will be communicated.
Damaged/lost items must be reported within 7 days.
Incorrect address: customer bears any additional charges.
7. Re-delivery / Failed Delivery
Up to 2 delivery attempts will be made.
Re-delivery costs will be borne by the customer.
8. Cancellation Related to Shipping
Orders cannot be canceled once handed over to the carrier.
Address changes must be requested as early as possible.
