1. Eligibility for Returns

The product remains unused, unwashed, and in its original condition (including original packaging and tags if applicable).
The return request is made within 14 days of receiving your order.

2. Return Process

Order number
Description of the issue
Photos of the product (if applicable)
Wait for our Customer Support Team to review and provide return instructions.
Carefully repackage the product and ship it to the address provided.
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will offer a replacement or a refund (depending on agreement).
3. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a product fault or shipping damage: we will cover all return shipping costs.
If the return is due to a change of mind (e.g., size change, color preference): the customer will be responsible for both return and re-shipping costs.
4. Processing Time
After we receive the returned item, please allow 5–7 business days for us to process your return.
Refunds (if applicable) will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to reflect depending on your bank.
5. Return Refusals
We reserve the right to refuse returns in the following cases:
